Tropical Nights 2022

This year, in honor of Lucas and all the amazing children and adults like him, we are raising funds for UM-NSU Card (Center for Autism and Related Disabilities). This amazing organization, based at the University of Miami and Nova Southeastern University, is one of seven state-funded, university-based outreach and support centers in Florida dedicated to the goal of optimizing the potential of autistic individuals and those with related disabilities.  This is an organization that is near and dear to my heart having been the beneficiaries of the wonderful support they provide to autistic individuals and their families and having witnessed first hand the incredible impact they have in our community with their crucial support, often during crisis, and confusing and challenging times. I am asking you to please support the mission of this great organization by donating and helping me to meet my fundraising goal to help us make a bigger impact for the autism community. 

In case you don’t know him, here is a bit about our tiny hero: He is a happy, affectionate, smart and beautiful little boy. He makes us smile every day, inspires and motivates us to be better people and parents and has made us stronger than we ever thought possible. We give thanks every day that we were chosen to be his parents. We are truly the lucky ones. Thank you in advance for your support, it really means the world to us!
