Tell us about him/her. Dolores Irene (Bedford) Birch, age 84, of Frenchtown, NJ, passed away on December 7, 2024, after a long battle with FTD. Dee was a wonderful wife and mother who loved to cook and make clothes for her children. She taught her children to cook, sew and to love Jesus. She loved to dance no matter the tempo, was an avid bowler, a talented self-taught artist. She is now in heaven with her beloved husband Joseph Birch. *** About FTD: Frontotemporal degeneration (FTD) is the most common form of dementia for people under age 60. Today, there is no cure for FTD, and no treatments available to slow or stop the progression of the disease.
