About UCS Feed the Need

School students will be influenced by others for over half their lives...

Given that, there is no greater investment than a Christian Education.

Why are we fundraising?

We are raising funds in order to bridge the tuition gap and develop long-term financial sustainability.

As we attempt to embrace the extraordinary, we will be tithing back our first fruits by personally packing over 10,000 meals for children in need, with the ultimate hope of sharing the gospel.

This on-campus mission experience will change lives on our campus and across the globe!

Feed the Need Changes Lives...

During our Feed the Need campaign, we will raise student awareness of local and global hunger. Food insecurity is very real in our region - Northwest GA Hunger MInistries and the Anti-Hunger Initiative will pack more than 14,000 Backpack Buddies for hungry children in Rome City, Floyd, Polk, Bartow and Chattooga Counties every week. There is also significant food insecurity on the Island of Eleuthera where a Haitian group has taken refuge after the hurricane destroyed much of Haiti. Unity's faculty and students will participate in packing 10,000 to be distributed to and through these groups, including Community Share Ministries in polk county. Not only will we pack the shelf sustainable nutritionally balanced meals, our students will then participate in the distribution of these meals. Providing for physical needs, such as hunger, opens the door for sharing the love of Christ.

Thank you for helping us Feed the Need while funding discipleship!
