On Track to Success offers supports that wrap around a family and help kids graduate high school and go on to post-secondary education - the clearest pathway to a life of prosperity.
Academic Support - The On Track to Success program delivers both in-person and virtual after-school tutoring and homework help four days per week.
Success Coaching - Program Success Coaches monitor school attendance, academic progress, and program participation. They also provide counselling support, referrals, advocacy, and system navigation support to students and their families.
Mentoring - Students are connected with mentors who provide ongoing social support and leadership development in small group settings. Students are connected with career mentors to explore interests, develop skills, and plan for educational opportunities.
Financial Support - The program provides financial resources to help students attend school and program activities. Students also receive a $1,000 bursary for each year they complete the program.
