Hello, Seattle United Team Leaders and Team Managers!

With ‘United for Aid’ starting tomorrow, we want to check in today to let you know how the launch will go. The club truly appreciates your help with “United for Aid”, our virtual fundraiser that will help level the playing field for players that have the ability to play for Seattle United, but not the financial means. This fundraiser is replacing our annual raffle. We are always ‘united as one’ here at Seattle United, but realize that each team is its own unique community, and recognize your reach as team leader or team manager to encourage, trouble shoot, and lead your respective teams in the month ahead! Thank you!

Based on the design of the fundraising software, you will be assigned as the ‘team leader’ through your player’s profile. I will uploaded all player’s information and generate “Welcome Emails” tomorrow.

Follow the instructions below to login, view, and update your team page:

Click on the link in your welcome email. This will take you to your team page.
Hover over “Login” in the upper right. For IOS use menu bar on the left.
Select “Email” For IOS select “Login.”
Enter email and select “Forgot Password” and “Reset My Password”.
Hover over your player’s name in the upper right, then select “Manage My Page”. For IOS click on “Edit Your Team Page” next to the SU logo.
Select “Manage Your Team” on the left.
“Edit Your Team Page” here you can raise your team goal and add a team photo. No need to edit the team message or add a logo to the photo.
“Grow Your Team” will not be in use for this event.
“Email Your Teammates” please check this tab Monday evening to make sure none is missing from your roster. If you have a player missing, please have the family reach out to me julie@seattleunited.com.

“Notifications” you can turn these off. The only players joining your team will be added by Seattle United.
“Settings’ tab will not be used for this event.

Your team, friends and family will be able to donate on the Club Home Page or your Team Page. Players will not be setting up their own fundraising page.

The club has put together Marketing Materials to make the process easier for families.
