What is Operation USO: Give Thanks? Every year, USO Missouri provides a basket of traditional Thanksgiving food products, like pumpkin pie ingredients, green beans, yams, stuffing, potatoes, and a gift to military families in need. Last year, we provided complete meals to 2,750 families. You can support our mission and goal of serving over 3,000 in 2021. All donations will support USO Missouri Operation: Give Thanks and USO programming at centers during the holidays across the world.
