For the last 10 Years, Team Delivering HOPE has joined the American Liver Foundation by walking and raising money towards the fight against liver disease.  

Raising these funds takes time, commitment and determination.  A "cause" is something you advocate for and strongly believe in. This cause is personal for me.  I lost my liver from a medication prescribed for a preexisting condition.  Even though the medication did improve my health for several months, its side effects caused a shocking diagnosis of the immediate onset of Acute Liver failure, and in order to survive, I had to have a liver transplant.  Since this life saving event, I have wanted to give back, so others are given the opportunity for a better quality of life while fighting liver failure/cancer. This is why we walk!

Team Delivering HOPE is back again, in 2023, and we will deliver our time, deliver our effort and will deliver all funds raised for the LA Liver Walk.  We need more researchers, more research, more clinical trials, more medication and many more resources that will be vital to the prevention and treatment of Liver Disease. Please join me!  Let us do our part to help improve the lives of those living with liver disease.  We all deserve the opportunity to be healthy.  Help us Help me and many others fight liver disease.
