Founders Day 2026 supporting Wayland Academy

At Wayland Academy, student wellness is at the heart of our approach to supporting students. Our program provides resources that nurture mental, emotional, and social well-being, helping students develop the resilience, self-awareness, and life skills they need to thrive. We meet students where they are and help them develop the skills to get them to where they aspire to be.
Our Student Wellness team collaborates with students, parents/guardians, teachers, and mentors to address individual needs and foster overall well-being.
Services offered include:
- On-campus individual and small-group mental health support
- Coordination of academic tutoring (including peer-to-peer)
- Specialized learning workshops that focus on developing key academic skills such as time management, organization, and study skills
- Evening study support program
- Individualized wellness and success plans
- Workshops on mental health and wellness (Coping with Stress, Managing Conflict, Homesickness)
