Support WINNERS Tampa on Giving Tuesday!

What we do at WINNERS Lacrosse:

  • Teach the game of lacrosse in a positive and encouraging environment.
  • We work to instill values, education and life-enhancing skills to mold these boys and girls into successful and well-adjusted young men and women. 
  • Through positive coaching and mentoring, we teach our boys and girls about teamwork, leadership, responsibility, accountability, respect and confidence…taking those traits home and into the classroom.  
We create winners on and off the field by bringing our joy, our love and our knowledge of lacrosse to under-served youth in Tampa, FL.

This past summer, WINNERS Lacrosse, a 501c3 organization based in Washington, DC, started lacrosse programming for boys and girls (ages 5-14) in the Tampa, FL area.  WINNERS Tampa provides character and value based education through purposeful coaching using lacrosse as its vehicle to teach life skills to youth in the Tampa area.  WINNERS Lacrosse aims to grow the game of lacrosse in Tampa and bring this sport to urban areas previously unexposed to the sport. WINNERS wants to provide athletic outlets to communities with limited extracurricular activities while creating opportunities for low income students to participate in an otherwise expensive sport

The WINNERS Tampa program is in memory of Jordan Jolly.  Jordan's life was changed by the great sport of lacrosse and WINNERS wants to give that life changing gift to other young people in the Tampa community.

WINNERS Tampa is still in its infancy, and we have already seen the positive impact the program has had on the youth.  Currently, we are holding programming at (2) two Boys & Girls Clubs in Tampa with plans to expand to other Clubs already in the city.  Our partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa is strong and we are excited to grow and reach more youth at additional locations.  

The WINNERS Tampa program is completely FREE for the student athletes and WINNERS provides all the equipment necessary.  We need your help to ensure we can continue to positively impact young people from underserved areas in Tampa.  

Please help us raise $5,000 on Giving Tuesday (11/30/21) so we can continue to provide free programming for the youth of Tampa so all children can receive the benefit of learning the game of lacrosse and the life skills that come with playing a team sport.
