Pledge our team as we Scotiabank StairClimb for United – virtually, for course!

This year we can’t get together and climb the steps at One London Place, but we can take the challenge and work together to improve lives locally!

London has the third highest child poverty rate in Canada. One in five kids live in a home that struggles to pay rent and put food on the table. Add COVID-19, and we’re all feeling more vulnerable, socially isolated and fearful of the future.

You can help.

Please pledge our team as we step up for our community. When you make a pledge, you help United Way tackle issues linked to poverty and social exclusion through strategic leadership, advocacy, and investments in more than 125 programs proven to get results.

What does this mean?

When you pledge $52 you help 5 families to secure a gardening plot, compost, water, seeds, seedlings and instructional resources to grow food for one season

When you pledge $365 you ensure that a child from a low-income family gets a good start to the day by receiving a healthy breakfast everyday during March break and summer holidays

When you pledge $1,200, you match a young person with a mentor for 3-4 hours a week of guidance, fun and growth
