Lifeline's 11th Annual R(un) For One 5K

September 24, 2022 - 0805 - Laurel Hill Park - Meet At Park West Recreation Track / Gym

Lighthouse and F3 Family - Let's Run together to support LifeLine Children's Services as they serve the most vulnerable people.  Join us as we Run / Ruck a 5K together.  Lighthouse put up the first 1K of our goal. Let's add another 2K to this number!  

We will meet at 0800 in the parking lot near the Track / Gym at Park West Recreation Center.  We will Run / Ruck / Walk a 5K trail in the Laurel Hill County Park Trails.  Bring your bug spay, water bottle and a good attitude.
