Schedule of Race Events:

• 1:30PM – Race packet pick-up and onsite registration opens
• 2:20PM – Race announcements and line up, followed by race instructions
• 2:30PM – Kids’ Duckling Dash (6-12 years first, followed by 2-5 years)
• 3:00PM – 1-Mile Duckie Dash starts
• 3:30PM – 1-Mile Duckie Relay starts
• 4:00PM – Race winners announced, race prizes awarded

Packet Pick-Up:

Upon arrival at the festival, head straight to our registration area to pick up your race packet. Here’s what you need to know:

• Location: Race registration table will be located in front of the large festival game tent.
• Time: Packet pick-up opens at 1:30PM and closes at 3PM when the Duckie Dash begins.
• What’s Included: Your packet will contain your race bib, festival game tickets, and—if you registered before August 1st— your race t-shirt.
• Early Arrivals: We recommend arriving early to avoid the rush and give yourself time to warm up before the race.

Parking Information:

Please enter the campus using Apostles Way off Marietta Avenue.

Parking attendants will direct you to appropriate parking areas. If you require handicapped parking please let the parking attendant know.

Do not enter the campus using Community Way off of Good Drive. This entrance is for volunteers only. 

Race Day Instructions:

• Arrive early for check-in and packet pick-up
• Pin your bib on the front of your shirt for timing and photos
• Warm up with light stretching or jogging
• Line up by pace with fast runners in front and walkers/slower participants in the back
• Listen to announcements for any updates
• Follow the course and stay hydrated
• After crossing the finish line keep moving to avoid congestion
• Cool down with a complimentary refreshment and enjoy the award ceremony
• HAVE FUN!
