How do I Plunge? 🐧

To participate in the Polar Plunge:
1️⃣ Register online or in person on event day.
2️⃣ Meet the fundraising minimum.
3️⃣ Sign the waiver.
4️⃣ PLUNGE! 🎉

You can participate as an individual or with a team of any size.

How much do I need to fundraise?

The fundraising minimum to participate is:

What do I wear to Plunge? 

Costumes are HIGHLY encouraged!
You can wear anything, including bathing suits, but:
🚫NO DIVING SUITS allowed.
 SHOES MUST BE WORN IN THE RESERVOIR AT ALL TIMES.

What should I bring?

• 🛁 A towel.
• 👕 A change of clothes and dry shoes to change into.
• ✍️ Your signed waiver.

Where do I change after my Plunge?

BATHROOMS will be available.

Where can I put my belongings if I’m running and Plunging?

A bag-check service will be available at the Registration/Check-in table. Volunteers will provide a ticket for your belongings.⏰ Please pick up your items by 10:30 AM.
