EVENT DAY TIMELINE:
DATE: SUNDAY, MARCH 2

LOCATION: WASH PARK, DENVER.
Event entrance and check-in at the cross streets of Mississippi and Franklin

8:00AM Registration opens; online registration check-in and day-of registration available

9:00AM K5 Run/Walk sponsored by Anytime Fitness begins

10:00AM Plunge starts and After Splash Bash hosted by Campus Lounge opens

11:00AM Registration Closes

11:00AM Event Concludes or when the last team Plunges

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

ALL participants must check in at Registration at the cross streets of Franklin and Mississippi to receive their wristband and/or bib.

Click here to complete your waivers and bring with you. We will have extras at Registration/Check in too. YES - we need a paper copy of the signed waiver for each participant!
Parking - Free street parking (make sure there is no "permit only" sign) or at South High School.
Treats– Stroll through Plunge Plaza sponsored by Heuberger Subaru for deliciuos small bites and lots of vendors and sponsors with giveaways! Warm up in the Westerra Warming Hut with breakfast treats, coffee, and hot cocoa.
After Party– the After Splash Bash will be hosted at Campus Lounge, one mile from the event. Participants receive a BOGO Beer/Soda and free small bites when you show your Plunge wristband or runner's bib at the door. Friends and family can join for a donation at the door.
Incentives – if you earned a fundraising incentive, you'll recieve your ticket to claim them at registration.

How do I Plunge?

Register (online or in person on event day), meet the fundraising minimum, sign the waiver and PLUNGE! You can plunge individually or with a team. Teams can be any size.

What do I wear to Plunge?

If you have plunged before, you know we love a good costume!!! You can wear anything to plunge - including bathing suits, but NO DIVING SUITS! Also, SHOES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES!

What should I bring?

A towel, change of clothes, and dry shoes to wear for the rest of the day.

Where do I change after my Plunge?
We will have changing tents that are heated.

Where can I put my belongings during the run if I am running and Plunging?

We will have a bag-check at Registration/Check in table that will run by volunteers. They will provide you a ticket for your belongings. Must pick up your belongings by 12PM.

How do I fundraise to reach my minimum?
The fundraising minimum for adults to Plunge is $80 and $50 for SOCO Athletes/students. Start by asking friends, family, neighbors or coworkers to donate $10 or $15 to help you Plunge for Inclusion!

What happens if I don’t reach my minimum to Plunge?
If you’re plunging with a team, check with your Team Captain for support. If you’re plunging individually, you must reach your minimum to participate.
