Hi {{firstName}},

Thank you for signing up to host a Friendsgiving® for No Kid Hungry celebration. You have just committed to do something big for hungry kids across America.

You can see your progress and edit your page at {{participantEditUrl}}. Here are a few tips to make it easier for you to reach your goals.

First, login to your online fundraising center and personalize your Friendsgiving fundraising page with details about why you have chosen to support No Kid Hungry and your event details. You can also add a photo or video. From your fundraising center, you can email your guests and track your fundraising progress. Bookmark the link to your page and visit it often.
Invite your friends to join you, but make it a personal invitation. If you direct them to your page at {{participantUrl}} they can register and be automatically added to your network for some friendly competition.
Check out the online resources on our website. Follow the tips for success and start planning your celebration.
Your celebration will be fabulous – of that, we have no doubt. Spend some time thinking about how you can fundraise during your event. There are many fun ways you can fundraise through your event. Ask your friends to give as part of their admittance to your event, promise leftovers in exchange for a donation, or auction off signature desserts…get creative and find something that works for you! We’re here to help if you need some inspiration. And no matter what your preferred method of fundraising, be sure to ask often and use a specific request. “Will you donate $20 to help feed kids 200 meals?”

We’re here to help you make your fundraiser successful. Please send us an email at TeamNKH@strength.org with any questions you may have. We are ready and waiting to support your efforts.

Good luck and have fun!
