About 2026 Hope Walk and Community Fair

Join the Celebration—12th Annual Hope Walk & Community Fair!

Get ready to walk, celebrate, and make an impact! Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area’s 12th Annual Hope Walk and Community Fair is a joyful day of community, inspiration, and purpose. Every step supports our free programs for people impacted by cancer—from counseling and support groups to exercise, nutrition, and educational workshops, offered in English and Spanish, online and in person.

Since 2015, the Hope Walk has brought thousands together and raised over $2.1 million to provide compassionate care across the Bay Area. With our new Center in Lafayette under construction, we’re excited to expand hope and healing to even more people.

Walk with us—because together, we make a lasting impact!
