2027 Bounce Back from Cancer™

ABOUT THE 14.2-MILE FULL COURT CHALLENGE

Take on the ultimate Bounce Back from Cancer challenge. The 14.2-Mile Full Court Challenge begins at Baptist Health Herbert Wertheim Cancer Institute and winds through Miami as participants dribble a basketball and make their way to the finish line at Kaseya Center, home of the Miami HEAT.

Along the way, you'll connect with cancer survivors, physicians, researchers, patients, caregivers and supporters while stopping at Power-Up Stations throughout the course for support and encouragement. Participants are also supported by event staff and support vehicles along the route.

Cross the finish line and celebrate with food, beverages, entertainment, family-friendly activities, HEAT special guests and recognition of Top Fundraisers and Hall of Famers. Friends and family not registered can join the finish line celebration by purchasing a $10 Finish Line Celebration ticket during registration.

The 14.2-mile, 6-mile and 2-mile participants may start at different locations, but along the way the routes come together so everyone crosses the finish line at Kaseya Center as one community united in the fight against cancer.

FUNDRAISING COMMITMENT

14.2 Mile participants commit to raising a minimum of $500 by March 31, 2027.

Every dollar raised helps advance cancer research, fuel innovation and bring hope to patients and families throughout our community. While $500 may seem like a big goal, you won't be doing it alone. We'll provide fundraising tools, resources and support every step of the way to help you reach your goal and maximize your impact.

If the fundraising minimum is not met by March 31, 2027, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card provided during registration.

BUILD YOUR DREAM TEAM

Everything is better together. Form or join a team with family, friends, coworkers or fellow supporters and work together to make an even greater impact.

Teams can include participants from the 14.2-Mile, 6-Mile and 2-Mile courses, allowing everyone to choose the distance that's right for them while supporting a shared fundraising goal.

Each participant is responsible for meeting their individual fundraising commitment based on their selected course, but team fundraising totals are combined, making it easy to encourage one another and celebrate success together.

Participants who wish to exceed the minimum fundraising requirement can set a higher fundraising goal and become eligible for special recognition opportunities.
