We believe a world free from cancer is possible. That’s why we created Bounce Back from Cancer™, a game-changing partnership between the Miami HEAT and Baptist Health Foundation that raises critical funds for lifesaving cancer research and clinical trials at Baptist Health Herbert Wertheim Cancer Institute.

Baptist Health Foundation inspires philanthropy to support Baptist Health, a not-for-profit healthcare organization committed to medical excellence and the health and well-being of South Florida communities.

Now entering its eighth year, Bounce Back from Cancer has become one of South Florida’s premier fundraising events, bringing together thousands of participants, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters in the fight against cancer. Since its inception, the event has raised millions of dollars to advance groundbreaking research and innovative treatments.

In 2026, Bounce Back from Cancer raised more than $7.2 million, and we are already preparing for an exciting 2027 campaign as we work toward our ambitious goal of raising $8 million.
