What is Bounce Back from Cancer™

Bounce Back from Cancer™ is South Florida's premier community fundraising walk benefiting lifesaving cancer research and clinical trials at Baptist Health Herbert Wertheim Cancer Institute.

Created through a game-changing partnership between Baptist Health Foundation and the Miami HEAT, Bounce Back from Cancer brings together thousands of participants, sponsors, survivors, caregivers and supporters who share one goal: to realize the Institute’s vision of a world without cancer.

Now entering its eighth year, Bounce Back from Cancer has become one of South Florida’s premier fundraising events. Since its inception, the event has raised millions of dollars to advance groundbreaking research and innovative treatments.

In 2026, Bounce Back from Cancer raised more than $7.2 million, and we are already preparing for an exciting 2027 campaign as we work toward our ambitious goal of raising $8 million.
