38th Annual Schreiber Rubber Duckie Race & Festival

The 38th Annual Schreiber Rubber Duckie Race & Festival is a random drawing contest sponsored by Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development. All net proceeds benefit Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at 625 Community Way, Lancaster, PA 17603.

1. The 38th Annual Schreiber Rubber Duckie Race & Festival (“Duckie Race”) is a random drawing contest sponsored by Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development (“Sponsor”), 625 Community Way, Lancaster, PA 17603. Sponsor is a registered 501(c)(3). All net proceeds benefit Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development.
2. The Duckie Race is open to persons age 18 and over, unless noted otherwise. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. Duckie purchases are not tax deductible.
3. To enter, eligible entrants must purchase a chance (“adopt a duck”) at $5 each, 6 ducks for $25, 24 ducks for $100, or 240 ducks for $1,000 online at the event site, by visiting the Center, or through promotional partners or Duckie Sellers. Online entries must be received by September 13, 2026 at 4:00 PM. Adoptions may be suspended at any time by Sponsor. Completed forms and payment may be mailed to Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development by September 13, 2026 to be considered eligible. Entries received after the deadline will be processed as a donation to Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development.
4. Odds of winning depend on the total number of qualified entries. No attempt to interfere with the random drawing of winners will be allowed, unless deemed necessary by Sponsor.
5. Prizes will be awarded in order to eligible entrants, as the name appears on the adoption form or online entry.
6. Grand Prize: $2,500 cash. Additional prizes will also be available. Please visit the event website for a full list of prizes.
7. Winner need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by telephone, email, or U.S. mail at the phone number, email address, or mailing address indicated on the entry form or provided online. Winners will be announced on the event website at www.SchreiberPediatric.org as soon as all winners have been verified.
8. In the case of insufficient contact information, if Sponsor is unable to contact a winner, if the winner does not contact Sponsor to claim the prize by September 30, 2026 at 625 Community Way, Lancaster, PA 17603, or if the winner is deemed ineligible to win, Sponsor may select an alternate winner through a random drawing of entries. If prizes are not claimed by September 30, 2026, they will become the property of Sponsor.
9. By entering, winners consent to the use of their name, address, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and publicity purposes without additional compensation. No substitutions, cash equivalent prizes, transfer, or exchange of prizes will be provided in lieu of prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes if advertised prizes become unavailable.
10. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the event or change any element thereof, with or without notice, at any time, for any reason. Should the event be cancelled at any time for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to select winners in a random drawing from among entries received.
11. Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and all decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. Each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any liability, action, loss, damage, or claim arising in any way from participation in or administration of this Raffle or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use, and/or misuse of any prize.
12. Except as specified below, all logos are registered trademarks of Sponsor and use is prohibited without Sponsor’s express written consent.
