We’re so excited to see you this Friday for Fall Fest! Please read this email carefully – it includes everything you need to know before arriving.

🕒Event Date: Friday, October 17, 2025

🕒 Event Time: 4:00–7:00 PM

🚫 No Entry After 6:00 PM (for safety reasons)

Dick’s Sporting Goods Park – Lot B

Please dress for the weather!

📌 Quick Checklist – What to Bring:

Printed & signed waiver (one per family – attached)

Costumes (encouraged!)

Bag/bucket for candy – there are 35–40 trunks!

Weather-appropriate clothing

Flashlight

Cash or cards (for extras)- exact cash preferred

Headphones (for those sensitive to noise)

Strollers or wagons if needed

Anything you or your child need to be successful at this event

🧾 Waiver Required!

You must sign a waiver to enter.
Print and bring it if you can. We’ll also have copies on-site.

🚗 Getting There – Entry Routes:

Use either:

E 64th Ave → Quebec → Prairie Parkway

E 56th Ave → Central Park Blvd → Prairie Parkway

✅ When You Arrive:

Park in Lot BB

Walk to the large red arch to check in

Check-in is required before entering

Turn in your waiver or sign on-site

Get your packet, tickets, and door prize entry

First Aid is available at the check-in tent

After check-in, enjoy the fun!

No alcohol or weapons allowed (including toy weapons)

Please be kind to all volunteers, staff, and guests

Porta-potties available – consider using the restroom beforehand
