Bridge the Gap is the Bridges United Foundation's Peer-to-Peer Fundraiser!

Our Mission is to use soccer as a bridge to provide innovative, high-impact youth programming in close partnership with the communities we serve.

To accomplish this, we focus on our three success pillars:

1. Access

Free soccer camps and clinics for hundreds of youth in undeserved areas

2. Connection

Summer Youth Leadership Academy in partnership with Cultures United

3. Support

Programs support youth holistic development, including leadership skills, athletics, literacy, and nutrition

Across the two clubs (Ballard FC and Salmon Bay FC), we have nearly 20,000 followers on Instagram. If every follower donated just $5, then we would double our goal of $50,000. Yes, it is an ambitious goal, but we are reaching high here because of our commitment to "bridge the gap" and bring high-quality sporting education to all youth across Seattle.

Here is how our peer-to-peer fundraiser works:

Click the blue Register button. You will create an account by Signing Up Using an Email Address. Once that is done, click on the blue Start Team button to create your team fundraising page. Use your name when doing this. Share to your network to increase donations to your team!

Your Team Page will track your fundraising efforts and includes a list of prizes and incentives for fundraisers. Fundraisers will be able to send out messages that can easily be forwarded to families and friends via their social media platforms or by email.

The power of a Peer-to-Peer fundraiser is its reach; you may have your own social network, but so do all those to whom you are connected, so remember to ask your followers to share with their followers!
