21st Annual Autism Beach Bash is a free event for all that raises essential funds to provide the support, education, advocacy, and programs for people affected by autism and their families and caregivers. This annual event remains the largest gathering in NJ of individuals with autism hosting over 3,500 people at Belmar Beach at last years' 20th Annual Beach Bash event!
Families and supporters attend this annual event in support of the autism community from New Jersey and from surrounding states including New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia. This event features a surf camp with Surfer's Healing, a California based nonprofit organization that specializes in working with children with special needs. Surfer's Healing "takes kids with autism surfing!! Each year, their volunteer staffed camps give over 4,500 children with autism and their families a fun, engaging day at the beach." With over 25 years of experience, Surfer's Healing has provided this powerful experience that continues to serve the autism community year after year.

Autism Beach Bash 2024 Highlights
Last year's Annual Autism Beach Bash commemorating the 20th anniversary in recognition of the autism community was record breaking, bringing in almost 4,000 families and supporters. The weather was amazing and the resources for families and caregivers of people living with autism was bountiful. 150 surfers affected by autism were welcomed and experienced riding the waves with the instruction and guide of our partners at Surfer's Healing.
