Join us May 16, 2026 at Vestavia City Center (700 Montgomery Highway) for the 3rd Annual AMP Ride benefitting

Enjoy the fun of stationary biking outdoors.
This relay style event features 4 team members each riding one 45-minute cycling session.
Each session will feature a professional instructor, great music, and lots of energy!
All levels of riders welcome.
Each rider pays a $50 registration fee and fundraises a minimum $125.
If you register as an individual, we will assign you to a team.

10:15 AM - 11:00 AM > Spin Session 1
11:00 AM - 11:15 AM > Intermission 1
11:15 AM - 12:00 PM > Spin Session 2
12:00 PM - 12:15 PM > Intermission 2
12:15 PM - 1:00 PM > Spin Session 3
1:00 PM - 1:15 PM > Intermission 3
1:15 PM - 2:00 PM > Spin Session 4
