About The AJF AMRAP 4 Autism 2021-2022

Event Information

When: Saturday, May 14, 2022
Where: Central Bucks CrossFit, 1800 Mearns Road, Unit NN, Warminster, PA 18974

Time: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Time slots every 1/2 hour 

T-Shirts: Pre-register by 4/30/22 to be guaranteed an AJF AMRAP 4 Autism t-shirt! 

WODS: Advanced or Intermediate Partner WODS - Advanced teams must be male/male or female/female 

Cost: $60 per team 

How The Event Works

The AMRAP 4 Autism is a peer-to-peer event. This means you can ask your friends, family, and community members to donate towards your efforts of completing these WODs which will benefit the children and adults with autism served through our private school, the Comprehensive Learning Center (CLC). 

This is a 2 partner WOD with 2 workout levels: Advanced or Intermediate. Advanced teams must be male/male or female/female. Intermediate teams may be mixed. 

Advanced athletes should be active CrossFitters adept at barbell movements (115# for men/75# for women). 

All participants will be required to fill out our waiver. 

Heats will begin at 8:00 a.m. and will run every 1/2 hour on the hour through 2:00 p.m. Please come 30 minutes earlier to check-in and stretch out. Both WODS are 15 minute AMRAPS (as Many Reps As Possible). 

Medals will be awarded for first place teams! There will be a prize for the team that raises the most money for Autism! 

If you have been exposed, or are feeling sick, have a cough, running a fever of over 99 degrees, or show any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 please stay home. You may email us at info@ajfoundation.org for a refund of your registration fee.
