​ORGANIZING COMMITTEE

Nothing great happens without a great plan! As part of our organizing committee you will be participating in:

🎉 **Activity Planning**: Help brainstorm and plan exciting activities that will entertain and engage participants, creating memorable moments for everyone involved.
🎁 **Raffle Prize Collection**: Reach out to local businesses and community members to collect raffle prizes, adding an extra element of excitement to our event and increasing fundraising potential.
💼 **Sponsorship Coordination**: Collaborate with potential sponsors to secure support for our event, ensuring that we have the resources needed to make it a success and maximize our impact.

SET-UP TEAM

Help us start our day out in the best way. AS PART OF OUR set-up team YOU WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN:
🔧 **Setup Assistance**: Help with venue setup, including arranging tables and chairs, setting up signage, and preparing activity stations.
📦 **Inventory Management**: Assist in organizing event supplies and materials, ensuring that everything is accounted for and easily accessible during setup.
🎪 **Decoration Preparation**: Support the decoration team by helping to assemble decorations and create an inviting atmosphere for our participants.
🛠️ **Technical Support**: If you have technical skills, help with setting up audiovisual equipment, lighting, and any other technical components needed for the event.

REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN

Let's get our scavenger hunters ready to go! AS PART OF OUR registration team YOU WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN:

🔍 **Verify Team Registrations**: Assist with verifying team registrations, ensuring that all participants are properly registered and accounted for before the event begins.
👕 **T-Shirt Distribution**: Help distribute event T-shirts to participants, ensuring that everyone receives their shirt in the correct size and that the process is organized and efficient.
📝 **Offline Donation Recording**: Support our fundraising efforts by accurately recording offline donations received during the event, ensuring that all contributions are properly accounted for and acknowledged.

RAFFLE PRIZE MONITOR

Everyone loves winning a raffle prize! AS a raffle prize monitor YOU WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN:
🎟️ **Raffle Prize Management**: Assist with setting up and organizing the raffle prize table, displaying prizes attractively, and ensuring that all prizes are accounted for and properly labeled.

HUNTER HELPERS
(Hunter Helpers must be 18 years of age or older.)

As a Hunter Helper you will be a major part of making this event a success by:
🔍 **Scavenger Hunt Oversight**: Monitor designated areas during the scavenger hunt, ensuring that participants follow the rules and guidelines provided.
📋 **Activity Management**: Assist participants with any questions they may have about the scavenger hunt activities and provide guidance as needed.
👀 **Observation**: Keep a watchful eye on the scavenger hunt proceedings, ensuring that all participants are safe and respectful of the event environment.
🗣️ **Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for participants, organizers, and fellow volunteers, relaying any important information as necessary.

🎉**Hunter Hints**: Be available along Main Street to sell hints to participants that are looking for some extra assistance.

CLEAN UP CREW
Don't ever underestimate the importance of the clean up crew! Help us finish strong by providing: 
🧹 **Clean-Up Assistance**: Assist with cleaning up event areas, including gathering and disposing of trash, packing up equipment and supplies, and returning the venue to its original condition.
🧽 **Venue Maintenance**: Help with basic maintenance tasks such as wiping down surfaces, sweeping floors, and ensuring that the venue is left in good condition.
🚮 **Trash Disposal**: Properly dispose of trash and recycling materials according to venue guidelines, ensuring that waste is separated and disposed of responsibly.
