For his prolific creativity, he was named the World’s Best Pastry Chef by the World’s 50 Best awards, and was bestowed the prestigious l’Ordre du Mérite Agricole, France’s second highest honor. |

Gale Gand Special Guest Pastry Chef Gale Gand has two James Beard Awards, had the Michelin two star restaurant Tru in Chicago, owned Vanilla Bean Bakery, hosts Food Network's "Sweet Dreams", and authored 8 books. Duff Goldman Host Duff Goldman is a chef and artist known for his dazzling, creative approach to food and his awesome stories describing the simple science of baking. Duff starred on the hit Food Network show Ace of Cakes, set in his bakery, Charm City Cakes. He has cake studios in Baltimore and Los Angeles. On his new show with the Jim Henson Company, Duff's Happy Fun Bake Time, Duff goes on food science adventures (with puppets!). He also mentors bakers on Food Network’s Kids Baking Championship. Duff believes we can discover our inner creativity and celebrate with each other through the fun of baking. |

Brian Hart Hoffman Featured Baker Brian Hart Hoffman, editor-in-chief of Bake from Scratch, discovered baking through his love for travel and previous career as a flight attendant. After years of traveling, visiting bakeries all over the world, he made it his mission to recreate and share the baked goods he fell in love with and launched a brand to celebrate the global baking community. He’s appeared on Today and Hallmark Channel, and currently hosts weekly online classes with Williams Sonoma’s Baking School. In his partnership with No Kid Hungry, Brian hopes to work to end childhood hunger and continue to share his love of food. |

Emily Luchetti Special Guest Emily Luchetti is the author of 6 cookbooks including Stars Desserts, A Passion for Ice Cream and The Fearless Baker. She started her culinary career on the savory side but discovered making desserts was her true calling. Throughout her career, she has been the pastry chef at Stars, Farallon, Waterbar and Big Night Restaurants. Luchetti’s honors include the James Beard Foundation Award for Outstanding Pastry Chef and the James Beard Foundation Who’s Who of Food & Beverage in America. She is a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier and an Oxfam Sister of the Planet. |

Tamera Mowry-Housley Featured Baker Tamera Mowry-Housley is an Emmy award-winning host, actress, producer, and entrepreneur who has captivated audiences for over 20 years. Tamera started her career in Hollywood on the hit show Sister, Sister. Tamera co-hosted the groundbreaking and Emmy-winning talk show, The Real, for six seasons. In November 2020, Tamera expanded her relationship with Crown Media Family Networks, parent company to Hallmark, in a new deal to star in and executive produce original films for the network, including their hit Christmas movie, A Christmas Miracle, and a to-be-announced Christmas movie for 2021. Joan Robach Special Guest Joan Robach is the creator of My Keto Home, the blog where she shares simple, delicious recipes to start you on your way to living a healthier lifestyle. After her daughter, Amy Robach (Good Morning America co-host) was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2013, she decided to jump on the keto train, if only for moral support. After seeing dramatic improvements in her and her family's health, Joan was sold on this approach and decided to create recipes and strategies that make the keto/low-carb lifestyle simple and sustainable. |

Andrew Smyth Special Guest Andrew is an aerospace engineer, baker and presenter. As a finalist on the Great British Bake Off in 2016, he grew a firm following for his outrageously engineered creations. Since leaving the tent, he’s presented live cooking content on national TV, appeared as an expert contributor on shows for Discovery Science, the BBC and Netflix, and even baked a rotating jet engine cake for Prince William. He currently divides his time between researching Future Aircraft at Rolls-Royce and presenting his “bakineering" live shows around the UK and Ireland. He's the creator and Executive Producer of Netflix's "Baking Impossible", coming in Fall 2021. |

Bill Yosses Featured Baker From January 2007 to July 2014, Bill Yosses held the prestigious title of the White House Executive Pastry Chef. As Pastry Chef of the White House, he was closely involved with Mrs. Obama’s Let’s Move initiative with the goal of reducing childhood health problems related to diet. While there, he conducted bi-weekly tours of the White House vegetable garden for school groups. His most recent book is titled, The Sweet Spot: Tamping Down Sugar and Amping Up Flavor. Bill earned his A.A.S. degree at New York City College of Technology, a Master of Arts at Rutgers University in French Language and a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toledo. |
