Battle of the Fans is a peer-to-peer fundraising campaign that empowers live music fans, local celebrities and business leaders to help raise money for the Indiana Independent Venue Alliance. We are helping our venues survive the hardships of the pandemic and ensure they are able to return when it's safe.

Funds raised through the Battle of the Fans will be available to members through IIVA’s ongoing Grant Programs dedicated to providing financial relief from the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The live music industry has been forever changed. With your help, we’ll ensure our treasured local venues are still here to provide entertainment once this crisis has passed.

For the last 8 months, Indiana’s live music venues have been faced with unprecedented adversity. After surviving countless mandated closures and capacity restrictions, the reality of extinction is evident. With the touring industry essentially closed until Spring, these small businesses are now facing a long Winter with no shows. As the next wave of Covid-19 cases surge, consumers are retreating. What little hope these local companies had of surviving is diminishing by the minute. In the absence of meaningful federal assistance, despite overwhelming support of such measures, solutions are significantly limited. With no financial relief, no shows and no more options to pivot; the current situation is critical.
