Next Steps

  • Register as a team captain and 'Start Your Own Team.'   

  • Once you've registered, rally the troops and share your link with your co-workers.  Come up with a team name and encourage fun costume themes. Costumes are celebrated! Your company can form one big team or several smaller teams to fuel your competitive spirit!

  • Each participant must raise a minimum of $125 and will receive an awesome Polar Plunge t-shirt.  Raise more funds and you can earn more cool stuff.

  • Challenge your corporate neighbors to join you in the fun.

FUNDRAISING IDEAS

Toss the Boss 
Set your team goal at $2,500 or more and find a willing top executive to participate who will "take one for the team".  If your team hits the fundraising goal, the executive takes the Plunge in a costume that your team choses.

Department Challenge
Make it a contest!  Get a friendly challenge going between departments.  The winning team gets whatever bragging rights you choose.

Potluck
Host a lunch time potluck.  Team members bring in tasty treats and employees not plunging can make a donation to enjoy the food.

Matching Gifts

Does your company offer a matching gift program?  If so, you have the opportunity to double your impact just by letting your employer know you have made a financial gift to Special Olympics.  Let us know what we can do to help.
