2025 Bay Area 5K Run & Polar Plunge

This will be by 6th time participating in the Polar Punge for Special Olympics. It takes $500 to sponsor an athlete for an entire year of sports.  I have set a personal goal  of just that and I'm hoping you will support my fundraising efforts.

The money I and others raise will support the excellent sports, health, education and leadership programming that Special Olympics provides for children and adults with intellectual disabilities free of charge.
