BCA5KW 2023 Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for signing up to volunteer! Your participation is critical to the success of our event. We're offering a range of volunteer opportunities to give you plenty of ways you can get involved and show your support. 

Logistics Team

  • Volunteers to assist with event setup, teardown, signage, and other logistical tasks.
  • Arrive by 8:30 to assist with Set-up

Registration Team

  • Volunteers to manage participant check-in, distribute event materials, and answer participants' questions.

Cleanup Crew

  • Volunteers to help clean up the event area after the walk is completed.

Start and Finish Line Crew

  • Volunteers to help with setting up the start and finish lines, passing out water to walkers, and assist walkers (2 times around the route).

Social Media Team

  • Volunteers to manage event social media coverage, live updates, and engagement on their social media sites
