After I was diagnosed with testicular cancer, I reached out to the Firefighters Cancer Support Network (FCSN). I immediately received the cancer resource “Toolkit,” which was so helpful during my cancer treatment. I was able to stay organized with my never-ending pile of paperwork. I kept the toolkit inside my truck. Before every doctor appointment, I opened it to grab a new form and filed the forms back inside the toolkit when they were completed.

Over the course of my treatment, I needed to fulfill many documentation requests. I always knew where all my important paperwork was. Navigating a cancer diagnosis and treatment is stressful enough, and the toolkit helped me and my family stay organized. It’s such a great idea. Thank you again.
