I am a vivacious, outgoing young lady of 76. Full of compassion, a positive attitude, and love for life. I am a cancer survivor! I have survived 3 cancers (skin, breast, and uterine cancers). Thank you, GOD, for your divine healing.
I have been dealing with cancer for many years. I was diagnosed with skin cancer in my 20s and have dealt with skin cancer since then, and I actively support skin cancer prevention. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010, and finally, my last diagnosis was uterine cancer in 2019, which was diagnosed early thanks to preventative tests.
My life has been very rewarding. In my younger years, I helped my mother open a nursery school, and I enjoyed working with children for 18 years. My passion for people has always followed me in my career path. As a second career, I worked with adults with disabilities at the ARMC for 25 years where I felt loved and cherished.
Now retired, I am still devoting my time to working with children again at the YMCA. God’s divine healing has allowed me to share my life with so many.
