My family and I are huge supporters of this cause because it runs heavily in our families. We have walked every year for the past 12yrs.
This cause is a very big deal to our family and we love supporting everyone. My aunt on my mom's side of the family is a survivor of almost 11yrs, I have lost many great women in my family to this disease. My husband also knows the pain of losing a loved one to this as well.
For the past 12yrs, my family have had the privilege of walking in the Stater's Bros. Believe Walk, a tradition that has brought us closer together while allowing us to give back to a cause that means so much. One of the years through the love and support of friends and the community, we were able to raise over $500 - a moment of pride that showed how every step and every dollar can make a real difference. These walks are more than just walks on pavement; they are memories, hope, and a reminder that together we can create change.
