in Answered Prayers

When I was 3 years old, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Clear Cell Sarcoma of the Kidney, a rare childhood cancer. I fought hard; had multiple surgeries, lost a kidney, lost my hair, underwent radiation, chemotherapy, and spent almost a year in the hospital.
I started my journey with Jesus Christ. My hospital stay was tough, but I made friends, some still here, others are now in heaven. When treatments failed and doctors had no answers, Jesus walked with me, answered my prayers, and gave me hope.
Diane came to our door and prayed over me, asking for healing. Many friends, family members, and strangers joined us in prayer. After 11 months of unsuccessful treatment, a call from my doctor shocked us all: “We can’t find anything. Her tumors have disappeared.” At that moment, standing in Costco with my family, Diane appeared behind us and said, “I knew you would be healed by God.”
It was a miracle. Thank you to everyone who prayed. Please continue to pray and offer healing to those around you.
