Welcome to the Blazing Trails District. Our district includes most of Stone and Taney counties, southeastern Christian County, western Douglas County, and western Ozark County. We serve more than 400 youth, who participating in Cub Scout Packs, Scouts BSA Troops, Venturing Crews, and Exploring Posts. We have great volunteer leaders who give of their time and resources to run our programs. We invite the youth and their parents who are not involved in scouting to check us out and learn what an awesome adventure Scouting can be.

Our mission is to serve others by helping to instill values in young people and, in other ways, to prepare them to make ethical choices during their lifetime in achieving their full potential.

The Boy Scouts of America changes lives by providing youth with character development, citizenship training, personal fitness, and leadership skills they will carry forward into their adult lives. The values Scouting instills are just as relevant in helping youth grow to their full potential as they were in 1910 when the organization was founded.
