Whether you are newly diagnosed or years into survivorship, we look forward to meeting you, your family, and friends! Below is information about our event and survivor activities.
Event Details
Arrival / check-In
We ask everyone who attends our event to register! There is no cost for walkers to register and a small fee for timed runners. Please share your team’s unique URL link with friends and family who plan on joining you!
New this year.
Enjoy the walk/run course along the beautiful South Boston Harborwalk path. New this year, the route will take us South along the scenic Harborwalk- where you take in the sights, skyline views of Boston, and feel the cool ocean breeze. In addition to the 5k walk and run options there will also be a 1 mile walk if that sounds like the right distance for you!
Running awards
We have a special Survivor Award Category for the 5K run! The top survivor finisher will receive a Together in Teal medal!
Sun and skin protection
Many medications can make you sensitive to the sun. Please wear sunscreen and bring an umbrella if you need extra coverage.
Survivor Fun!
Survivor Tent
We welcome anyone who has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer to join us at our Survivor Celebration Tent. Receive your commemorative t-shirt, leave your handprint on our annual Survivor Banner, and grab your teal beads and ribbon wands for the opening ceremony. Join us for the 5k run, 5k walk or for a fun 1mile walk. Not up to walking? Relax in the Survivor Tent and enjoy the entertainment at the event- lots will be happening all morning long!
Survivor swag
Please stop by the survivor tent to receive your bib, Survivor T-Shirt, beads, and more.
Handprint banner
Place your handprint (we have gloves & paint) and leave your mark!
Teal beads
Receive a strand of teal beads to wear at the event. One strand is given to mark each year since your original diagnosis.

Spirit Tent
Enjoy fun activities for the whole family. Kids of all ages will enjoy face painting and giant lawn games!
Facebook
Create a Facebook Fundraiser! Simply log in to your dashboard, look for "connect to Facebook," and create a page! Your fundraising will support the many programs of the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition.
Here are some fun and easy fundraising ideas. We also have some great incentives, including an entry to winning two round-trip American Airlines tickets for every $250 raised!
Pathways of Hope
See your healthcare team in the “lights”! Do you think the world of your doctor, nurse, or healthcare team? Would they want to see their name and logo on our run/walk path as part of our PATHWAYS OF HOPE? For more information on Pathways of Hope, simply download this FLYER and send it to your healthcare team so they can support you and the community.
2024 Together in TEAL T-Shirts
All registered participants who raise a minimum of $100 will receive a 2024 Together in TEAL® event t-shirt.
All registered survivors will receive a special survivor t-shirt celebrating and honoring their role in our 2024 Together in TEAL ® event regardless of fundraising level. Registered survivors who raise $100 or more will receive two t-shirts - a TEAL survivor t-shirt and 2024 Together in TEAL® event t-shirt.
You will pick up your t-shirt at the Rewards Tent (for those who have fundraised $100+).
There will be opportunities to pick up t-shirts ahead of the event. Details coming soon.
