Meet Big Brother Scott, who has been matched with his Little Brother Mario for just shy of 2 years.

Scott is living proof that everyone has time to mentor a child and make a difference in the world. In addition to his role as a mentor, Scott embarked on an entrepreneurial journey with Barker Brewhouse, a Craft Beer Taphouse and Brewery located on the west side of Evansville.

Despite the time-consuming nature of creating the brewhouse, Scott has managed to balance his commitments and still spend quality time with Mario. Together, they've even been involved in some of the renovations, teaching Mario new skills along the way.

Scott's favorite part of mentoring Mario has been getting to know the different facets of his personality, and he encourages kids in the community to explore entrepreneurship as a viable career path. Barker Brewhouse is not just a place for craft beer but also a hub for community outreach, hosting events for non-profit organizations.

Scott's message to those considering becoming a Big Brother or Sister is simple: "Stop considering and do it; it will change your life and your Little's life for the better."
