Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for signing up to volunteer! Your participation is critical to the success of our event. We're offering a range of volunteer opportunities to give you plenty of ways you can get involved and show your support. 


We have lots of volunteer jobs available for this event including:


Be Part of the Organizing Committee
  • Help plan the event day
  • Gather auction items and vendors for the event
  • Help secure sponsors
  • Decide on shirt design and layout of the event

Packet stuffing and Help with packet pick-up

  • Help sort shirts and put them in the proper packets
  • Add goodies to the race packets
  • Help pass out packets on the Thursday before the Event

Event Day Help

  • Set-up
  • Registration
  • Sell Rafflet tickets
  • Make and serve food
  • Race Route Cheerers
  • Water Station Volunteers
  • Kids Games Help
  • Face Painting
  • Clean-up
