Giving Tuesday supporting Connecticut Foodshare

#GivingTuesday celebrates a day of giving something to our communities after a weekend of celebrating and shopping for our loved ones and friends. After Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, give back to help ensure that no one goes hungry this holiday season!
Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving that takes place each year on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. Whether you give your time, money or spread the word about our mission, you can make a difference. Every way you give helps people facing hunger in our community.
3 WAYS TO GIVE BACK ON GIVING TUESDAY
DONATE
As a food bank, we are able to stretch every dollar you give to equal two nutritious meals. That means a $50 donation helps provide 100 meals to people struggling to make ends meet.
Click our Donate Now button to make a gift to the Connecticut Food Bank. Every gift helps. Or
Start a virtual food drive and create your own fundraising page to engage your friends, coworkers, and family to support Connecticut Food Bank.
VOLUNTEER
In the last fiscal year, volunteers donated 25,000 hours of their time at Connecticut Food Bank. Volunteers are vital to our work. With their help we are able to provide food to more than 144,000 individuals each month. Visit our Volunteer page to sign up today.
SHARE YOUR VOICE
Spread the word about our vision of communities where no one has to go hungry. You can be a social ambassador for Connecticut Food Bank by sharing our posts. When you share our posts with your friends and family, you help raise awareness about the work we do.
This holiday season, we’re thankful for friends in the community like you. No matter how you’re celebrating, we appreciate your support this Giving Tuesday and beyond.
