Thank you for registering and committing to our mission: "We Ride for Those Who Died." By becoming a member of the Police Unity Tour, you are joining an honorable group of men and women dedicated to remembering our fallen law enforcement heroes, supporting their families, and ensuring their sacrifices are never forgotten.

Getting Started with Fundraising

A personalized fundraising page helps tell your story and encourages supporters to donate online. You can see your progress and edit your page at {{participantEditUrl}}. Here are a few tips to make it easier for you to reach your goals.

Add a profile photo.
Share why you ride.
Include information about a fallen officer you are honoring, if applicable.
Set a fundraising goal and provide updates throughout your journey.
Share your page on social media and through email.

A personal message can make a tremendous impact on your fundraising success.

Offline Donations

If a supporter would like to donate by check, offline donations are welcome.

Download the Sponsor Form from the registration website, under "Member Information."
Complete the form with the donor's information.
Mail the completed form along with the check to:

Please encourage donors to include your name on the sponsor form so the donation is properly credited.

Important Fundraising Deadlines

To remain in good standing, members must meet the following fundraising benchmarks:

$1,000.00 minimum raised by March 1, 2027
$2,200.00 minimum raised by April 15, 2027

We encourage you to begin fundraising early and communicate regularly with your supporters.

Joining or Creating a Team

Members may choose to fundraise as part of a team.

To join a team:

Navigate to "Manage my Page."
Selected "Individual Participant" from the left-hand menu.
Click "Participate as Part of a Team."
Join an existing team or create a new one.

Team Fundraising Minimums

Team fundraising minimums are equal to the number of team members multiplied by the $2,200.00 minimum per member.

For example:

5-member team = $11,000 team minimum
10-member team = $22,000 team minimum

Please note that team fundraising totals are tracked separately from individual fundraising totals. If your team has achieved its fundraising minimum, that accomplishment may not be reflected on your individual participant page.

Donation Reallocations

Online donations cannot be split between multiple members. Offline donations may be split upon receipt; however, written instructions must be provided indicating how the funds should be allocated. Once a donation is entered, it may no longer be divided among multiple members.

A donation may, however, be reassigned in its entirety from one member to another. For example:

A $100 donation may be moved from Member A to Member B.
A $100 donation cannot be divided into $50 for Member A and $50 for Member B.
