Hospitality and physical fitness are my biggest passions. Through hospitality, we have a vessel to deliver a not just a meal to our guests but a touch of joy. For our employees, we can help to develop future leaders with great work ethic, humility and a passion to care for others. As leaders, we can use physical fitness to demonstrate discipline, balance and being health conscious to our employees and guests. Chef's Cycle and NKH provide us with the opportunity use both our passion for hospitality and physical fitness to help provide for those in need. In one of the greatest countries in the world, there is no reason why our future generations should not have access to a nutritious meal.

Fogo regular Eduardo Escobar coined the term "Fogo Power". ESPN did a segment pulling his stats and every time he played in a city with a Fogo de Chao and ate there before his game, he played better. I figured I could channel some of that power to my race wheels
