Congratulations on joining Coach's Fitness Challenge! Your support of this event will help the Jay Fund to not only raise awareness about childhood cancer, but to raise critical funds to provide financial, emotional and practical support to families tackling childhood cancer.
There are several ways to fundraise and earn points during this challenge. You can recruit family, friends, and co-workers to join Coach's Fitness Challenge, ask for donations to support your personal fundraising goals, post on social media and of course, participate in daily fitness activities.
EMAIL
There are email templates for direct asks to family and friends in the "manage your page" section of our profile.
There are two sections with email templates:
- Invite friends to join you - This option is focused on letting the people you are inviting know about Coach's Fitness Challenge to join you
- Raise at least $250 - This option is to ask your peers for donations as support for your efforts. You can also give thanks to those that have donated to you.
The earlier you begin our fundraising campaign, the more success you'll have in reaching your goal.
Five Ways to Raise $250+
- Start with your own donation of $31 in honor of Jay McGillis = $31
- Ask four family members to donate - $25 x 4 = $100
- Ask four friends to donate - $20 x 4 = $80
- Ask two neighbors to donate - $15 x 2 = $30
- Ask two colleagues to donate - $10 x 2 = $20
