Cycle of Hope 2026

Thank You to Our Sponsors & Supporters
An event of this magnitude simply wouldn't be possible without an extraordinary community behind it.
A huge thank you to our incredible Presenting Sponsors: Woodcock Cycle Works, Tetro Design, Prolex Media and 300 Main for believing in Cycle of Hope and helping make this year's adventure possible.
We are equally grateful to all of our Community Sponsors, along with the many organizations and community partners who opened their doors and supported our team throughout the week, including:
Steinbach Aquatic Centre, Glenboro Kinsmen Hall, Glenboro School, Vineyard Church, YMCA of Brandon, Tim Hortons – Brandon, Shamrock Centre – Killarney and Winkler Arena.
We also received tremendous support from our Habitat for Humanity Chapters in Brandon, Killarney and Winkler-Morden. Thank you for welcoming our team so enthusiastically and helping us celebrate Habitat's impact in communities across Manitoba.
It Takes a Province to Support a Ride!
Over 850 kilometres, there were countless people working behind the scenes to keep our cyclists fed, hydrated, encouraged and moving forward.
A special shout-out to the wonderful people and organizations who supported our team at rest stops and locations along the route:
Prairie Meadows Early Learning Centre, Prairie Rose Evangelical Mennonite Church, Grunthal Lumber, Outdoorsman Powersports in St. Malo, Morris Multiplex, our supporting Co-op Gas Bars, Blair Sharpe Active Living Centre, Scott Family Property, Mariapolis Recreation Centre, Baldur School, Brandon Hills Mennonite Church, Rosenort Fellowship Chapel and Tank Traders Community Centre in LaSalle.
Your hospitality made a long road feel a whole lot shorter.
Thank you as well to our Media Sponsors, 92.7 CKJS and HOT 100.5, for helping us share the Cycle of Hope story.
And to our generous Goods & Services Sponsors: Beaver Bus Lines, Canadian First Aid Training, Grynd, Sun River Honey, Trans Canada Brewing Company and World of Water. Thank you for providing the products, services and expertise that helped keep our team safe, supported and energized throughout the journey.
And Most Importantly - Thank YOU!
To our 28 athletes, 26 virtual participants, 8 incredible event volunteers and 7 dedicated volunteer committee members: thank you.
Our committee members worked for months behind the scenes to help bring Cycle of Hope to life, while our event volunteers gave their time and energy throughout the journey to keep our athletes safe, supported and moving forward. This event simply could not happen without you.
And to every single person who donated, whether it was $10, $100, $1,000 or more, you were part of this team too.
You gave from the heart, and together you helped raise nearly $180,000 toward the life-changing construction of a home for Solomon, Mehret and their two daughters.
Long after the final kilometre has been ridden, the impact of your generosity will remain.
850 kilometres brought us to the finish line. Nearly $180,000 will help a family move toward a place they can call home.
From all of us at Habitat for Humanity Manitoba and Cycle of Hope:
Thank you for riding.
Thank you for planning.
Thank you for volunteering.
Thank you for sponsoring.
Thank you for donating.
Thank you for believing in the power of community.
What a ride. What a team. What an incredible Cycle of Hope!
