Cycle of Hope 2026
Habitat for Humanity Manitoba

About Cycle of Hope

Experience Southern Manitoba like never before. This year's Habitat for Humanity Manitoba's Cycle of Hope takes you across golden prairies, through vibrant rural communities, and beneath some of the most stunning skies in Canada, all while making a meaningful difference for local families.

Since 1994, Habitat Manitoba’s cycling events have helped build homes and hope. In 2026, the journey continues as we head south into the heart of rural Manitoba for an unforgettable
seven-day ride powered by camaraderie, determination, and purpose.

Ride with Purpose. Pedal with Passion. Change a Life.

Together, we have a goal of $150,000 to help support a local family to build strength, stability, and independence through affordable homeownership.

With space for only 50 (in-person) cyclists, now is the time to secure your spot.

Don’t wait. Ride for a cause that truly matters.

Why Ride? Because Every Pedal Stroke Builds a Future

This year’s 840 km route will wind through Steinbach, Morris, Winkler, Morden, Glenboro, Brandon, Killarney and LaSalle. Along the way, you’ll pass patchwork fields, wide open spaces, and endless prairie horizons that will stay with you long after the ride ends.

More than a cycling challenge, Habitat Manitoba's Cycle of Hope is a community. You’ll ride alongside passionate, purpose driven cyclists and with every kilometre, every climb, and every shared moment, you'll help bring a local family one step closer to a safe, affordable home.

Why Ride With Us?

For more than 30 years, Cycle of Hope has been one of Habitat for Humanity Manitoba’s most meaningful traditions, bringing together cyclists, volunteers, families, and communities around a shared belief that everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home. What began as a bold idea in the early 1990s has grown into Habitat Manitoba’s longest-running fundraising event, welcoming riders of all ages and abilities who want to challenge themselves and make a real difference for local families.

People join Cycle of Hope for many reasons. The camaraderie, the scenic routes, the sense of adventure, or the personal challenge. But riders often say the experience gives back just as much as it asks, leaving a lasting impact long after the final kilometre.

When you sign up, you are joining more than a cycling event. You become part of a supportive community that rides with purpose, celebrates progress, and works together toward something bigger. Whether you are an experienced cyclist or taking on your first long-distance ride, Cycle of Hope is powerful, unforgettable, and deeply rewarding.

Cycle of Hope invites you to challenge yourself, support families on their journey to homeownership, and be part of something truly meaningful, one pedal stroke at a time.
