Looking for another option other than running or walking? Every activity counts and 15 minutes = 1 mile. Remember, we want you to get moving so be creative!
You have two weeks to complete the event. Turn in your finishing results or proof between May 17th and May 31st.

After submitting your completion confirmation, check your email and you will receive your finishers certificate. Please post it on your social media channels to encourage other participants.
Complete activities, such as recruiting team members, posting photos, or adding to your blog, to earn points and rank up. The more activities you complete, the better your position.
Not everyone wants to complete their 5K/10K running or walking. You can also exercise in order to complete your 5K/10K. 5K = 46.5 minutes of exercise. 10K = 93 minutes of exercise.
