Father Simon’s Recipe for “Fufu Ugali” (American Version)

2 ½ C Bisquick

2 ½ C Instant Potato Flakes

6 C Boiling Water

Add dry ingredients to boiling water and stir for 15 minutes until dough forms

Swirl in watered bowl to make smooth ball.
