My father, Clare (Charlie) Taylor, passed away on October 7^th, 2022, after a long battle with his idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Every day he would get on his recumbent bike and put in his kilometers, which has inspired me to keep going in many endeavors I've undertaken in my life. Now, in his memory I will be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro (the highest single free-standing mountain above sea level in the world - 19,341ft / 5,895m) from February 19th to 28th, with my two friends Paul and Will.
