Wife and mother of two, Sonya Lechner spends most of her time helping Benjamin Harrison members dance their cares away. But not to worry, she also loves a good sweat session on a cycle bike! In her spare time, she enjoys hanging with her family, spending time on the beach and of course dancing! 

In her session, Sonya hopes to pair her love of cardio dance music with an energy packed ride.  Meant for all level of riders, this session will definitely have you moving and grooving!
