Beth is a Certified Spinning and Les Mills RPM Instructor. She will take the mic at the Fisher Cycle-A-Thon for the 3rd time this year! Beth’s super power has been her passionate demeanor and desire to inspire people to be the best they can! Beth brings that enthusiasm to her mid-morning Spinning rides week after week!

Lauren is a Certified Spinning Instructor. This is Lauren’s fifth year supporting Cycle-a-thon through riding or donating talents. Not only will Lauren be bringing it on the mic, you will catch her behind the camera capturing the energy of this event! While Lauren will tell you she is not an early morning person, she is often on the mic during the early hours!
