​Info about Aimee

Aimee comes from an athletic background playing four years of collegiate volleyball and coaching volleyball at the University of Indianapolis. Aimee started teaching group fitness and cycle while working in the Department of Fitness and Recreation at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Aimee started working at the Hendricks Regional YMCA in 2016 teaching cycle and total body and began as a certified personal trainer in 2019. She also gives volleyball lessons at Circle City Volleyball Club. Aimee is married to Rob and has two kids, Addie (5) and Caden (3). ​
